MLB (Major League Baseball).

SorareSorare, which has already licensed more than 250 soccer teams from the most important leagues in the world such as the Spanish League, Bundesliga, Italian Serie A, among many others, and 30 MLB teams, consists of making a user and collecting collectible cards in NFT to create a team with players that will have a performance score according to their real-life matches.

In addition, they have an internal market where you can buy and sell NFT cards. You can find the same player with different colors of cards, the colors determine the rarity of the collectible and the higher the rarity level, the less cards will be available.

For the fantasy soccer game, you have the possibility to assemble teams of 5 players, while for the MLB game the players are 7. Therefore, it is believed that for the NBA game it will be five players, since, that is the number in which it is played in real life.

These two players join world-renowned sports investors such as Kylian Mbappé, Gerard Piqué, and Antoine Griezmann.

Michael Meltzer, Sorare’s head of business development, confirmed that there will be differences from the rarity levels of NFTs found in the fantasy soccer and baseball platforms, but has not confirmed what the changes will be.
