The famous men’s fashion magazine has announced the launch of its own NFT collection, offering various benefits for holders and the community.

The feature that most represents and distinguishes GQ is its quarterly newsletter (Q3). Among some of the celebrities who have been on the cover of the magazine we can mention Lebron James, Barack Obama, Cristiano Ronaldo, among hundreds of others.
GQ has taken a step to the next level to immerse itself in the Web3 world, joining the trend of the many companies that have decided to become part of this ever-growing ecosystem.
One of its main goals is to demonstrate to people the real-world benefits that can be gained from digital collectibles through its NFT collection.
Thus, they have have announced the launch of its NFT collection for the 66th anniversary of GQ. The starting price of each NFT is 0.1957 ETH, whose number also refers to the year of the magazine’s launch. At the time of writing, the approximate value is around $330.
The name of the collection mentions the industry as a whole, which bears the name ‘GQ3 Issue 001: Change is Good‘, which is composed of 1,661 non-fungible tokens linked to exclusive artworks by artists Chuck Anderson, Kelsey Niziolek, REO and Serwah Attafuah.
In this sense, the NFT collection aims to highlight the spirit of GQ that change is a positive characteristic, reflected in the gifts that correspond to each of the four artists mentioned.
Within the work carried out by these professionals, more than 100 unique features have been created for each one of them, which are then combined randomly through certain algorithms in the source code, resulting in 1661 tokens with a diversity of variations for each one.
Those who subscribe to the drop will get: a) A subscription to GQ magazine, b) exclusive merchandise from the GQ3 collection, c) and a ticket to a party in New York. These NFTs will be available for purchase in the first week of March.
In addition, they will get exclusive access to a special section of the Discord GQ3 server. Previous members of the server will be able to participate in a first phase to acquire their NFTs. This server was created in the month of May 2022, in order to provide news for those interested in clothing and sneakers.
