Claro announces its NFT collection

The telecommunications company announced its collection of 7 different NFT models with an exclusive 2022 FIFA World Cup theme.

Every day we can see how news about developments in the NFT field continue to make the front page of many sites. On this occasion, a telecommunications operator is the protagonist.

Claro launched its own collection of non-fungible tokens that will be available to its customers. These tokens are inspired by the World Cup and will have 7 models. Each of these models will be available as each round of the tournament progresses.

In addition to integrating the customer’s wallet with a cryptoasset, the non-fungible tokens offered by Claro bring various benefits, such as an exclusive experience and a pair of tickets to BUDX, a party organized by the Budweiser beer company, for the broadcast of the competition.

Claro will distribute 10 identical NFTs of the same edition. These NFTs will be available for purchase on the company’s official website, or through the application, using Claro points.

With 7 different models, and 10 distributed for each edition, the company will distribute a total of 70 NFTs that are offered before the start of each game of each round.

This way, customers will be able to purchase their NFTs in time to enjoy the games, and the benefits that this collection offers, such as Budweiser parties.

Ane Lopes, Claro’s brand and communication director, said that innovation and fun are present in Claro’s essence, and they always seek to offer unique experiences to their customers, who will be able to follow the World Cup more connected to history.

He went on to add that bringing an exclusive NFT Cup collection to their customers is a representation of their ongoing quest to innovate, so they are offering a current benefit, which will result in a lot of fun and the possibility of exclusive events.

Regarding the development field of these non-fungible tokens, Claro has counted on the participation of several professionals. The creative direction was carried out by Benson Chin, the art design by Fernanda Fonseca and the illustrations by the artists of Casa Locomotiva, who are Shun Izumi and Breno Ferreira.

A detail that gives a more original and attractive aspect to the collection is that after each round, these collectibles are personalized with the results of each match, reflecting the emotions and events of the games.

On the other hand, Michel Issa, who holds the position of commercial director of DM9, expressed that this management takes a lot of power by uniting a collectible object of great value for the memory linked to technology and innovation that characterizes the essence of the Claro company.

Add to all this the celebration of the most popular sport in the world, and this World Cup will be a new and unique experience for all its customers and users.

In principle, this World Cup collection would be aimed at customers in the entire region of the country of Brazil.
